I have only a single complaint about this rolling pin: that it wasn't on the market thirty years ago! The to begin with use of this Kitchenaid Nonstick Rolling Pin proved its vast superiority to the more conventional pins I've used, and subsequent experiments with other pins confirmed it. Its elevated heaviness does way more of the function for the cook, devoid of getting also heavy for delicate doughs. The increased circumference permits it to speak to alot more of the food to be rolled. The nonstick surface resists sticking nicely, and its handles are considerably simpler to hold than either the ball-bearing sort or the stationary ones. In short, this pin makes it possible for the cook to get on with the job, and to do it far better.
This is by far the top rolling pin I've put to use. I was 1st impressed with the weight of this pin. Terrific. Pie crust will not stick to this pin even though rolling. Hightly recommend, what's $20 of the very best rolling pin ever?
